Service catalogue sc.eosc.sk
The catalogue (MVP) of services of EOSC Node Slovakia: production services, prototypes, EOSC vocabularies and a public API.
The service catalogue at sc.eosc.sk is the register of services provided through EOSC Node Slovakia. It is operated as a pilot MVP.
What is in the catalogue
- Production services
- Services onboarded to the node and exposed to the EOSC Federation. Today: Genome of Slovakia (GOS) – genomic variant browser of the Slovak population (Comenius University Science Park) – and SK CRIS – the Slovak current research information system (CVTI SR).
- Prototypes and concepts
- Service entries for the pilot use cases – federated pathogen analysis (AMR), RETROCHANGE historical forest analysis, the Slovak data pipeline for MCVAL and federated synthetic datasets generation. They are visible in the catalogue but not published through the API.
- Harvested catalogues
- Read-only copies of catalogues of other EOSC nodes, demonstrating federation-wide discovery.
EOSC-compatible description
Every service is described with the EOSC vocabularies: scientific domains, categories, target users, access modes, order type, technology readiness level (TRL), languages, terms of use, privacy and access policies, helpdesk contact. This makes the entries directly harvestable by the EOSC Federation.
Onboarding a service
Slovak institutions that want to register a service (for example cloud, HPC or a data service) can use the contact form in the Services section of eosc.sk or the helpdesk. Entries are created by the node team in the catalogue's administration.
